As a Change Practitioner, you will play a critical role in developing and executing change initiatives that enable a successful transition to the target state. You will design metrics to measure progress, identify improvement actions, and ensure smooth adoption across teams. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with stakeholders, guide teams, and contribute to key decisions that shape organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops to gather insights and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Design and implement communication strategies to keep all team members informed and engaged.
  • Analyze feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve change initiatives.
  • Mentor team members to strengthen their understanding of change management principles.
  • Develop comprehensive reports to present findings and actionable recommendations to leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any equivalent
  • Around 3–5 years of experience in driving organizational change initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Change Management.
  • Good knowledge of Journey Management, Organizational Strategy, Stakeholder Management, and Change Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
